About Addison

Addison is a Loan Officer with James B. Nutter & Company who began his employment in late 2017. Before this, he was a full time realtor, but realized he needed to be more well-rounded professional. As a result, he joined the Nutter team! He is well versed in the standard loan programs- VA, FHA, and Conventional. However, he is also knowledgeable with unique programs such as USDA loans!

A native Texan, Addison has found that the Kansas City area is right for him! He is married to his high school sweetheart- Caitlin. Together they live in Overland Park and plan to plant roots with the hopes of being parents someday soon!
