James B. Nutter & Company Customer Alert for Auto-Debit Customers
Due to an inadvertent system error, some of our customers enrolled in our auto-debit program who were scheduled to have their accounts drafted on March 10th had those funds withdrawn on March 5th.
Please note that we are already addressing the issue and as a result, we are in the process of reversing the auto-debit for all of our customers which will result in a credit to your bank account
. A new auto-debit will occur on March 10th (and since March 10th falls on a Sunday, auto-debit will occur on Monday, March 11th). To the extent that any of our valued Nutter customers incurred any insufficient funds charges from their respective financial institutions, the Company will refund such charges once evidence of the fees is submitted to our Customer Service Department.
