John started his career with James B. Nutter and Company 20 years ago and has been a dedicated Loan Officer since 2001. He has originated thousands of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Reverse Mortgages. He is proficient in purchases, refinance, debt consolidation, home improvement, and streamline loans.

John has been very involved in the community as a member of the Construction and Family Support Committee for Habitat for Humanity which involved the planning, budget, and construction of the homes for families in need. He is also director of event services and has traveled the world. As an avid Chiefs football fan he also coaches his sons’ football team.
