Jerry came to James B. Nutter with years of experience in the mortgage industry. He knows the importance of helping his clients achieve their mortgage needs, because he has done it his entire career. The relationships he develops with his clients are what matter most to him.

Jerry is a native Nebraskan who married his high school sweetheart, Lia. Their love for Kansas City is what brought them here years ago. They have three kids. Their oldest son lives in Seattle, their daughter lives in Germany and their youngest son attends Oklahoma State University where he plays on the men’s tennis team.

Along with staying in touch with their older kids, and family, they also stay quite busy traveling the weekends following their youngest son’s tennis with Oklahoma State.
